Mucormycosis (MCR) involving paranasal sinuses is a rare life-threatening opportunistic infection in immunocompromised individuals. In humans, MCR considered as one of the most rapidly progressive lethal forms fungal with high mortality rate 70–100%. During second wave COVID-19 India, cases have increased rapidly. We herein report case 70-year-old Indian male an uncontrolled diabetes diagnosed maxillary and ethmoid sinus MCR.
